New Training Program Management Academy
Core Impact are thrilled to announce the launch of a Fully Funded Third Sector Management Academy, a groundbreaking apprenticeship programme that will be delivered in collaboration with us at Advice NI. This initiative is designed to elevate the skills and performance of managers within the third sector to new heights.
Recently, Lear Training Associates partnered with Springvale Learning and Employment, and Core Impact to design a version of the Level 3 Management Apprenticeship like no other. Their approach is very different from what’s out there, this is going to be truly executive education.
The comprehensive programme covers everything from advanced leadership theories and professional practices to leveraging data and deploying AI in leadership. It goes far beyond the traditional curriculum, ensuring that our participants are equipped with the latest tools and knowledge to excel in their roles.
